We guarantee the quality of the cleaning agreed in the quote. If the property manager or owner reports a non-compliant cleaning point at the handover inspection, we return to correct it free of charge within 48 hours, based on a written list. Reports must reach us within 24 hours of the inspection. Excluded: damage, repairs, services outside the quote and dirt arising after our visit.
Provide the inspection date, room count, size and condition. Repairs, damage and additional services are priced separately.
